The Following players have been selected for the Hamilton Trophy trial to be held at Rosyth B.C. on Sunday 4th May 2008 @ 2:00pm. Darren Johnstone, (Cowdenbeath). Alan Bernard, James Roxburgh, Colin Martin,  (All Headwell). Ross Junor, Ryan Cunningham, Barry Cunningham, (All Inverkeithing). Gordon Scott, Len Kerr, Jim Gilruth, (All Lochgelly). Derek Hutcheson, Robert McFarlane, Duncan Lawson, Andrew Kennedy, David Yorkston, Paul Brown David Yorkston Jnr, (All Nethertown). John Millar, Stewart Duff, (Both Northern). David Geddes, (Rosyth). Doudlas Walls, Stuart Pagan, (Both Townhill). and Robert Thomson.

Due to the withdrawal of West End 2 from W Babb Section 2 all opposing teams have been given 2pts +8 shots.

Congratulations go to Craig Watson, Broad Street who has again been selected to represent Scotland at Under 25 level and will travel to Leamington Spa to play in the Home Internationals on the weekend of 8th-9th September

West Fife Draw 2007

Congratulations to Nethertown who completed the League and Cup double with a hard fought shots win over Lochgelly. In the other end of season finals Dunfermline shocked the holders Nethertown with a convincing 22-12 victory in the Babb competition whilst J J Watson (Aberdour) retained his Champion of Champion trophy with a 21-16 win over Andrew Kennedy (Nethertown)

The West Fife Hamilton Trophy team go into the last round of league matches with an unprecedented chance of qualifying for the quarter finals. They must defeat Midlothian @ Bonnyrigg and hope near neighbours Fife get a result against West Lothian to allow West Fife to join East Lothian as qualifiers to the 1/4 finals.

Congratulations to the Scottish District 8 Winners:

J Gilruth (Lochgelly) - Singles, C Watson (Broad Street) - Jnr Singles, Headwell (Pairs), Kirkcaldy West End (Triples), Abbeyview (Fours) and Bowhill (Snr Fours) who will all now play at Northfield, Ayr 2 - 4 August

Jim Gilruth (Lochgelly) has been selected for the National side due to play at Sighthill B.C. (Edinburgh) in the International series at the end of June

The Finals of the County Championships will take place at West End on Saturday 30th June@ 2pm with all 3 current holders in the frame to retain their titles.

The semi finals of the County Championships take part this Friday (1st June) at Lochgelly & Nethertown. Three current holders remain on track to retain their crowns, Len Kerr, Lochgelly (Singles) Neil Mitchell and his Triples, Aberdour and Dougie Walls with his Fours, Townhill.

Congratulations go to Jim Gilruth (Lochgelly) who has been selected for the international trial.

I can now confirm that the previous problems with the League fixtures has been corrected and can now be viewed.(10/5/07)

Due to unforseen circumstances Northern 3 has withdrawn from Babb Section 4, all opponents will receive 2 pts + 8 shots(1/5/07)

There is a current problem opening pages on Season 2007 to do with the League and League Cup. The Server is currently investigating these problems and hope to resume normal service as soon as possible.(17/3/07)
