Senior Top Ten- The James Young Memorial Trophy

In 1996 the Top Nine Championship was instigated and was open to players aged 55 and over with each club entering one team comprising of a pair, a triple and a four. The competition is played on a knockout basis on a specific week in the season and no Club shall play on their own green. The West Fife Bowling association decides the date and venue for the Final. In 2000 a trophy was presented by the council of the Association and the winning club now receive the James "Pud" Young MEMORIAL TROPHY. Regretably this Trophy was lost and was replaced by a new cup donated by Peter Coleman, Inverkeithing B.C.
