County Championship Finals

Nethertown and Abbeyview dominated the proceedings at this years County Finals. Robert McFarlane (Nethertown) won his fifth Husband Trophy with a stunning 4,2,4, finish to --defeat Len Kerr (Lochgelly) 21--17. In the Gardiner pairs, the pair of David Macintyre and Andrew Kennedy (Nethertown) scored a 3 on the last end to pip Aberdour 17--15.

Abbeyview had less dramatic times with Ron Downie's rink retaining the A Syme trophy with a comfortable 25--12 win over Broad Street, Stuart Pagan's rink won the Peace Trophy 21--11 versus Aberdour and Frank Moralee's triple overcoming their more illustrious Inverkeithing opponents 19--13 in the Scotcastle Trophy.

The biggest shock came in the Alexander trophy, under 25 singles when 15 year old Patrick McMahon (Aberdour) defeated  Junior Internationalist Allan Ramsay (Abbeyview) 21--20
